Farmhouse Update
This Ballard farmhouse had the classic challenge of a chopped-up floor plan, a too-small kitchen, and no master suite. The solution was an 8 foot addition across the back of the home, and a big recycled beam opening up the interior. The new kitchen features simple yet elegant cabinets with a mix of quartz and butcher block countertops. The new bathroom features wall hung fixtures and a linear drain for the shower.
